Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or currently pursuing.
• Skills/Abilities: Ability to speak, write, and understand English sufficiently for effective communication with leadership and field personnel.
  Basic computer skills, including but not limited to payroll programs, with the ability to learn other systems adopted by the TSA ARC.
  Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to handle problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
  Basic math skills required.
  Must pass pre-employment drug and background tests.

Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements necessary to perform this job include standing, using hands, handling objects, hearing, talking, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Must regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, and focus adjustment.

Travel: Occasional travel for training or to other stores.

Working Conditions: Store environment with quiet to moderate noise levels, possible dust, temperature fluctuations, outdoor exposure, and extended standing. Full-time/Part-time with weekend and evening hours required.
