Goodwill Industries of Akron is seeking an entry-level Donation Attendant / Stock Associate. You will be the face of our agency to donors, accepting, loading, unloading, sorting, and pricing donations with a positive attitude.

You will maintain records of donations, assist donors, and help promote service participants while ensuring safety and a clean work area. This role requires flexibility including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and load donations for clothing, furniture, and other household goods.
• Ability to work outside in whatever Mother Nature throws our way.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept, load, unload, sort, and price donations with a gracious and positive attitude.
• Keep accurate records of donations and assist donors; help promote service participants; maintain safety and housekeeping.
