MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries invites you to join the Festus Store - Truman team as a Retail Donation Attendant. This hourly full-time role supports daily store operations, donor interactions, and merchandise processing at the Festus location.

Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service interactions, including greetings and donor assistance with donation drop-offs.
• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Notify management of hazardous, valuable, or inappropriate merchandise.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
• Stock, rotate, and clean the store area; uphold cleanliness standards.
