Goodwill is hiring for a Donation and Backroom Attendant in Grand Rapids, MI. You will greet donors, assist with donations, and sort items, while loading/unloading trucks and safely operating backroom equipment.

The role requires regular lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an hourly wage of $13.73, plus benefits including paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) with employer match after six months, and a 20% employee discount at

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical/Emotional Demands:
