Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids is hiring a Donation and Backroom Attendant in Michigan. This role greets donors, assists with donations, loads and unloads trucks, and sorts donations to keep our stores running smoothly.

The position pays an hourly rate of $13.73. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift 25–50 pounds. Goodwill offers professional development, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

The hourly wage for the Donation and Backroom Attendant is $13.73.

• Greet donors with a friendly and outgoing attitude
• Assist donors with donations
• Load and unload trucks
• Accurately sort donations
• Safely operate all backroom equipment, including double stacker and pallet jack
• Ability to think and plan in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to regularly lift and or move 25-50 pounds
