Job summary

Blue Bucket Group LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the efficient flow of donated goods within our thrift retail operation. You will unload, sort, organize, and prepare donations for processing and distribution to our stores, while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

In a fast-paced environment, you will help maximize product recovery, reduce waste, and contribute to sustainable retail goals by handling merchandise with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload donated goods from trailers.
• Assist in loading donations for transport to stores.
• Stack and wrap pallets for storage.
• Fulfill storage and store orders for internal departments.
• Perform routine warehouse upkeep, cleaning and maintenance.
• Operate baling machines to compact unsellable goods.
• Keep work areas organized, safe and hazard-free.
• Carry out additional warehouse tasks as assigned by leadership.
