Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Donated Goods Associate in Batesville, AR to support store operations through intake, processing, stocking, and sale of donated items. The role rotates across donor door, processing, pricing, merchandising, and cashier duties to meet daily demand.

You will provide friendly service, handle cash transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor and donation area while upholding Goodwill ACE standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Education: None.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Process sales transactions at the register with cash, credit, and other payments.
