Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a dedicated store team member in Queen Creek to lead donation processing, pricing, and merchandise prep for sale, while delivering an excellent customer and brand experience. You must be 18+, able to lift and work in a fast-paced environment, and comply with safety and attendance standards.

The role includes following company policies and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, and prepares items for sale
• Maintains regular in-person attendance and adheres to safety rules
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation
• Keeps sales floor and work station organized according to standards
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas and ensures proper handling of hazardous materials
