Job summary

You will process donated merchandise for sale, including pricing and ticketing, and help promote sales across store locations. The position requires English proficiency, the ability to lift and work in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with safety and background checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting minimum quotas.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports any incidents of theft, misappropriation or unauthorized possession of company property.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation according to standards.
• Stocks merchandise in the appropriate areas as assigned.
• Follows safety rules and uses appropriate safety equipment.
• Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment daily.
