Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is hiring a Store Associate to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, processing donated merchandise for sale at our San Francisco Bay stores. You will handle pricing, tagging, restocking, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires English proficiency, ability to lift and move merchandise, and reliable attendance. We offer full-time hours, competitive pay starting at $18.15 per hour, benefits, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports any incidents of theft, pre-selection, misappropriation or unauthorized possession of company property.
• Maintains sales floor and work station by following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
• Must exercise appropriate judgment and observation to inform leader of any potentially hazardous materials found while processing merchandise for storage and/or disposal.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment daily.
