You will sort donations, price items, meet daily production goals, stock and display merchandise, and maintain clean, safe work areas. The role is full-time and on-site in Buffalo, with a required orientation for new hires.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and efficient.
• Team player who’s willing to roll up your sleeves and work.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving donations regularly.
• Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo (for full-time hires).

Responsibilities

• Sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories.
• Prices items using our guide and identifies high-value goods.
• Meets daily production goals and quality standards.
• Transports donations to sales floor then stocks, rotates, and displays items.
• Keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Transports items to the compactor/dumpster as needed.
• Assists at the donation door and moves donations as needed.
