Job summary

Palmtree Recruiters is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This role supports adolescents in a residential mental health setting and offers potential for advancement to Nurse Manager overseeing two facilities.

The ideal candidate has a passion for patient care and experience with adolescents in mental health. This in-person, full-time/part-time/per diem position requires relocation to Las Vegas, NV, and commuting to the facility location.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required or preferred.
• Experience with adolescents in a mental health setting.
• Ability to perform health assessments and medication passes.
• Comfort educating patients and families about health maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Residential Mental Health Treatment Center for Adolescents.
• Perform health assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient conditions and vital signs.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
