Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical staff, guiding patient care with kindness and professionalism. You will work with management to drive excellence and improve patient outcomes, while fostering a supportive team environment.

The DON will oversee nursing personnel, set departmental goals, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and maintain thorough records. This is a full-time role in Missouri with competitive compensation and strong advancement

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed.
