Job summary

LuxorHealthcare seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our management team and lead clinical staff in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in Missouri. You will oversee nursing personnel, set department goals, and ensure policies meet legal and quality standards.

The DON will manage budgets, address issues, and maintain robust record-keeping while guiding staff development and ensuring excellent patient experience. Missouri RN licensed professionals encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in Missouri.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (RN, LPN, etc.).
• Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
• Develop and enforce policies ensuring legal compliance and high-quality care.
• Control budgets and monitor expenditures for the nursing department.
• Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed; ensure record-keeping accuracy.
• Lead and support management in delivering compassionate patient care.
