Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and oversee daily operations in our senior living community in Missouri.

You will develop and implement care plans, monitor resident outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement through collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.
• 3+ years in a senior living or long-term care setting.
• Proven leadership and management experience in nursing.
• Strong geriatric and adult gerontology clinical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and resident-centered care

About the Role:

As a Director of Nursing (RN), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Director of Nursing (RN) will provide strategic leadership to our nursing team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our senior living community. Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement effective care plans, monitor resident outcomes, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide vision and leadership to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and resident-centered care
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for nursing services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and integration
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Develop and manage budgets for nursing services and programs
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of experienced licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a senior living or long-term care setting
• Proven leadership and management experience in a nursing setting
• Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of adult gerontology and geriatric care
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
