Responsibilities of the DON - Director of Nursing:

• Direct the clinical aspect of the nursing home, planning, organizing, developing, and directing the daily functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• RN in Ohio
• DON experience necessary
