Job summary

Revlon Roanoke Distribution Center is hiring for an onsite warehouse associate. You will safely operate equipment such as Raymond Reach Truck and Order Picker, offload cartons, and palletize freight for storage and outbound distribution.

The role requires basic math, the ability to meet productivity standards, and clear communication with supervisors. High school diploma or GED is preferred; full‑time hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–5:30pm with competitive base pay.

This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Roanoke, Va Distribution center.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Safely and efficiently operate various types of equipment, such as the Raymond Reach Truck, Raymond Pacer Truck, Order Picker and/or Sit-Down Lift.
• Carton to pallet scanning will be used to efficiently offload cartons and ensure the accuracy of all cartons being offloaded from the Sorter.
• Efficiently and accurately locate all palletized freight coming from various sort lanes simultaneously and locate them into storage locations in the warehouse.
• Efficiently and accurately retrieve pallets from the storage locations in the warehouse and load them onto outbound trailers and well as oversee containers based on weight and customer requirements.
• Adhere and practice 5S programs within the area while pursuing world-class excellence.
• Understand, practice, and uphold all safety roles and responsibilities as designed.
• Operate using DOCS, DStorage, Pick to Pallet, and RF Scanners
• Ability to manage movement between off-loading, pallet put away, and pallet loading.
• Ability and willingness to cross-train for additional flexibility between job functions across multiple areas and become interchangeable between departments.

EXPERIENCE

• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed set productivity standards.
• Above average ability to communicate both verbally and written with Supervisors and Co-Workers.
• Able to stand, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms and lift up to 50 lbs.
• 6 months or more experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment a plus
• Receive training in 40CFR 262.17 as applicable in the role.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or secondary GED desired.

Shift hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm

The base pay range for this position is $19.00 / hour; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
