Job summary

The LaSalle Network in Palatine, IL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing logistics team. You will track shipment movements from start to finish, maintain detailed records, and proactively communicate with internal teams and external partners.

Salary: USD22 - USD23 per year

LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing logistics company seeking a Logistics Coordinator who is sharp, reliable, and thrives in a high-energy environment. You will be the go‑to for shipment tracking and proactive communication.
Must have prior logistics experience, specifically candidates with backgrounds such as Dispatcher, Domestic Coordinator, Logistics Clerk, or Track and Trace Specialist.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipment movements from start to finish
• Maintain accurate and detailed shipment records and notes
• Communicate delays or issues quickly to internal teams
• Collaborate with field offices, agents, and carrier networks
• Step in to resolve service disruptions with urgency
• Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
• Required prior experience in logistics including Dispatcher, Domestic Coordinator, Logistics Clerk, Track and Trace, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable navigating shipment tracking systems and technology
• Compensation: $22-23 per hour
