Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is hiring a Domestic Care Technician to join our Colonial Springs Long Term Care Facility in Buffalo, Missouri. This role supports residents with meals, hygiene, and daily activities, while documenting intakes and ensuring comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma (preferred).
• Experience: None — perfect opportunity for a high school student starting in healthcare.

• Licensure/Certification: BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR (we assist with obtaining this) within 6 months of employment.
• Physical Requirements: Stand for 90% of shift; lift 50 pounds.

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is hiring a Domestic Care Technician to join our Colonial Springs Long Term Care Facility in Buffalo , Missouri— someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

• Status: PRN (Per Requested Need).
• Work Shift: Days, Evenings, Nights or even Rotating
• Shift Differential $1- $3 additional depending on shift.
• Paid on-the-job training if you are looking to obtain your Certified Nurse Assistant Licensure.

What Your Day Looks Like: A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents.

As a Domestic Care Technician, you will be:

• Preparing residents for meals, serving, and collecting food trays and nourishments, and documenting intakes
• Stocking linens in rooms from linenclosets.
• Passing ice and water to residents.

Qualifications:

Education:High School Diploma (preferred).
