Job summary

Frome Nursing Home is seeking a Domestic Assistant to keep bedrooms tidy, wardrobes crease-free, and bathrooms sparkling while maintaining a safe, hygienic home for residents. This role involves varied duties to support resident comfort and wellbeing.

Job Introduction

As a Domestic Assistant, your responsibility is to maintain a safe, hygienic and well-presented home. This role is varied and will include responsibilities like keeping bedrooms tidy, wardrobes and clothes crease free, dusting, keeping the floor squeaky clean and carpets fresh, attending to the bathrooms to make sure they are sparkling and have plenty of toiletries in them.

The home offers an ever-continuing support network which starts here at application stage where we talk you through what to expect and what you will be doing when working in a care home as a Domestic Assistant.
