Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking a logistics-focused Fulfillment Operations lead for our Lehi, Utah HQ. This in-office role focuses on managing domestic 3PL partnerships, monitoring OTIF performance, and driving cost-efficient fulfillment across our brands.

You will negotiate pricing, analyze KPI data in Excel, and collaborate with internal teams to remove bottlenecks. A bachelor’s in SCM or related field is preferred, with 3+ years in fulfillment or 3PL experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fulfillment operations or 3PL warehouse management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and task management.
• Expert problem solving; root cause analysis and resolutions.
• Learns warehouse portals and ERP systems quickly.
• Proficient in Excel to analyze KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with domestic 3PL partners.
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor performance.
• Enforce KPI compliance, especially OTIF, and address bottlenecks.
• Communicate volume changes and align with business needs.
• Negotiate pricing improvements to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations.
• Communicate, track, and elevate operational constraints or issues needing quick resolution.
