Yeadon Domes in Fayetteville, NC is seeking production staff to manufacture and assemble air-supported domes in our factory. You will handle fabrics, cut materials, operate RF welders, seal and roll dome sections, manage inventory, and prepare shipments.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. The role includes lifting up to 75 lbs, safety procedures, potential overtime, and a structured advancement program with PTO and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Handle the manufacturing and assembly of air-supported fabric structures (domes) in the factory.
• Perform fabric cutting, operate RF welding equipment, heat sealing, folding and rolling dome sections, manage inventory, and prepare dome shipments.
