Job summary

RNA Rentokil North America is seeking a Domain Architect to provide technical consultation and enforce architecture strategy across digital products and infrastructure services. You will coach engineers and project teams while aligning solutions with corporate IT standards.

The role requires leadership, strong architectural knowledge, and the ability to communicate with senior management. A bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of IT or architecture experience are expected, with a Masters a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of IT or architectural experience required.
• Expert-level competency in at least one enterprise architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Professional IT Architect certification preferred.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies and communicate complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Designs solutions to meet non-functional requirements such as availability, scalability, and monitoring.
• Translates designs into technical design documents and gains consensus from SMEs and management.
• Develops architecture documents and artifacts from templates with cross-functional teams.
• Communicates effectively with non-technical audiences and executives.
• Researches best-practice frameworks and tailors capability models to the environment.
