Job summary

LeoForce in Allentown, PA is seeking a Domain and IT Architect to partner with the field, understand technology needs, and develop solutions aligned with business goals. This role will influence architecture choices and drive measurable improvements across finance operations.

You will analyze field technology, lead the digital strategy, and drive transformation of key field operation systems while ensuring scalable IT architecture and collaboration with IT peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar IT architecture role, preferably in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience partnering with the field and analyzing field technology.
• Ability to build a digital strategy and drive transformation of field systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field is highly desirable.
