Job summary

Dolan Auto Group, a leading Reno-area dealership, is seeking a Service Greeter to warmly welcome customers, collect vehicle information, and scan VINs with an iPad to upload vehicles into our system.

You will then connect customers with a Service Advisor to ensure their vehicle receives the care it needs, while maintaining a professional, tidy work area and high customer-satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced auto-service environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and professional appearance required.
