Compensation and Important Details

Pay Structure: Team members earn a 50% commission on services, with pay determined by the duration of each visit. Base rates start at approximately $11 for a 20‑minute service, $13 for a 30‑minute service, $18 for a 45‑minute service, and $23 for a 60‑minute service. In addition to base pay, there are numerous opportunities to boost earnings, including premiums for extra pets, last‑minute requests, federal holiday services, and client tips, which can add an extra $5–$15 per visit.

Work Availability

Work Availability: Your schedule is driven by client demand. We are consistently busy year‑round with regular dog walking services, typically occurring Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4 PM. Certain times of the year see increased demand. Holidays and mid‑summer vacation periods are especially busy for pet sitting, making your availability during these times even more valuable.

We seek individuals who can accommodate this flexibility, preferably those who can work full‑time, handling 6–8 services daily, or part‑time, with at least 2–3 services daily. Whether it’s walking dogs during the week or providing pet sitting during high‑demand periods, we need team members ready to step up and meet our clients’ needs.

Service Area

Our service areas include Central Columbus, Bexley, Upper Arlington, and parts of north and south Columbus. Candidates must be willing to drive liberally within the boundaries of Interstate 270 to provide services in these various areas.
