Part-Time Dog Walker & Pet Sitter
Delaware County, PA | Year-Round | W-2
Love dogs? Like being outside? Reliable enough to be trusted with someone's dog, house, and keys?
Then we should talk.
Dogs are pretty great coworkers. They don't schedule meetings, complain about your coffee, or ask for PowerPoints. They do, however, expect you to show up when you said you would.
And that's important to us.
Five Paws of Delaware County has been providing professional pet care since 2010. We're an established employee-based company—not a gig app—and we're looking for dependable people who want a real, year-round part-time job.
What we're looking for right now:
Approximately 10 AM–3 PM + every-other-weekend
Open daytime availability + every-other-weekend
Approximately 5 PM–9 PM + every-other-weekend
Most new team members start around 10–25 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.
What you'll actually be doing:
You’ll get to know your regular dogs and cats, learn their quirks, and become the person they get excited to see.
Here’s the important part...
We need people who show up.
When you accept a schedule with us, our clients are counting on you. That means this isn’t a job where you decide on Sunday whether you’d like to work Tuesday, or regularly change your availability because something else came up.
You tell us the days and hours you can consistently commit to, and we build your schedule around that.
If you’re looking for a casual gig you can turn on and off whenever you feel like it, we’re probably not the right fit.
If you’re looking for consistent part‑time work that you can stick with, keep reading.
You should be:
Previous professional pet care experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training.
The basics:
What you get:
We’re a team, so you’re never completely on your own—but we do expect you to be someone we can count on.
Sound like you?
