Job summary

The Pet Care Club of Seattle is seeking compassionate, dependable people to become Canine Behavior & Enrichment Specialists. You’ll learn to read canine body language, tailor walks to each dog, and support well‑being through positive reinforcement and enrichment.

No professional dog training experience is required, and we offer 40+ hours of paid training and mentorship. This part‑time, mobile role requires driving to client homes in Seattle and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communications.
• No professional dog training experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Behavior & Enrichment dog walks.
• Use positive reinforcement and enrichment throughout each visit.
• Observe and respond to canine body language and behavior.
• Adapt walks based on each dog’s needs that day.
• Write thoughtful visit journals for pet parents.
• Communicate professionally with clients and our team.
• Occasionally provide Classic Dog Walks or cat visits.
