Job summary

The Pet Care Club of Seattle seeks compassionate, dependable people to become Canine Behavior & Enrichment Specialists. You’ll learn to read canine body language, tailor walks to each dog, and provide enrichment-based care that supports physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being.

No professional dog training experience is required. We provide 40+ hours of paid training, ongoing mentorship, and continued education.

Qualifications

• No professional dog training experience required.
• 40+ hours of paid training and ongoing mentorship.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Behavior & Enrichment dog walks
• Use positive reinforcement and enrichment throughout each visit
• Observe and respond to canine body language and behavior
• Adapt walks based on each dog’s needs that day
• Write thoughtful visit journals for pet parents
• Communicate professionally with clients and our team
• Occasionally provide Classic Dog Walks or cat visits
