You will provide one-on-one sessions, group classes, and guidance on training goals, nutrition, and essential supplies.

You will engage guests with tailored solutions, maintain training records, and collaborate with grooming and veterinary teams to support holistic pet health in our Pet Care Centers.

• Pass DTIP and complete training modules.
• Recommend and sell classes and supplies.
• Maintain training records and client feedback.

• Deliver 360-degree solutions for guests.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed for a good shopping experience.
• Support omni-channel shopping experiences.
