Job summary

WoofDah!, part of Digs Dog Care, seeks Groom Techs to provide safe grooming services for dogs and assist groomers with handling and care. This role emphasizes love for animals, calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Groom Techs will be trained in bathing, drying, nail trims, and may cross-train to kennel duties, while maintaining clean grooming spaces and following safety protocols. Flexibility including weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic dog behaviors and body language.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Groom Techs will perform bathing, drying, and nail trims.
• Assist groomers with handling dogs during grooming services.
• Cross-train as kennel techs and assist in other areas as needed.
• Monitor dog health, skin, coat condition, and behavior; report concerns to supervisor.
