Position Purpose

Up to $1,500 Hiring Bonus Potential! (Evaluation based on test groom performance; not guaranteed.)

Are you passionate about pets? We share your love for animals and are committed to their well-being. As a Groomer, you will provide an upscale pet styling experience, improving pets' physical appearance and overall health.

Responsibilities

1. Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, blow drying, de-matting, trimming, gland expression, teeth brushing, nail clipping, and other specialty services.
2. Conduct thorough pet check-ins and check-outs, communicating any anomalies to pet parents.
3. Engage with pet parents and pets, sharing product knowledge and providing exceptional service.
4. Offer personalized enhancements to meet pets' and owners' needs, supporting business growth.
5. Maintain a clean, safe environment and rebook pet parents for ongoing care.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with at least 6 months of professional grooming experience.
• Grooming tools in good condition; knowledge of breed standards and grooming techniques.
• Passion for pet well-being, willingness to learn, and flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with animals of various sizes.
• Grooming certification preferred.
