Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional grooming experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with pet parents and determine best grooming services.
• Perform grooming tasks: bathing, brushing, trimming, nails, ears, and deodorizing.
• Provide compassionate care and monitor pet wellbeing during grooming.
• Identify potential health concerns and relay to owners.
• Manage grooming supplies and coordinate with management.
• Schedule appointments and maintain pet records.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Address client concerns and provide post-service follow-ups.
• Document services and vaccination requirements for records.
