High volume grooming salon looking for an experienced groomer with weekend availability.

Position: W-2 Employee with 50-60% Commission (based on experience), tips, sharpening allowance, health insurance, and PTO for full-time team members, along with store employee discounts.

As a Dog Groomer at Pet Supplies Plus, you'll provide exceptional, neighborly service to pets and their owners. Your responsibilities include:

1. Delighting neighbors and pets with grooming services such as brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
2. Grooming and styling pets according to owner instructions and breed standards.
3. Ensuring the wellness and safety of furry patrons at all times.
4. Building long-term relationships with pet parents by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
5. Engaging in community outreach to attract new neighbors.
6. Maintaining a clean and inviting grooming environment.
7. Completing Safety, Bather/Brusher, and Grooming Academy training certifications successfully.
