Job summary

Bark & Mane (formerly Aussie Pet Mobile) seeks experienced groomers to work in our mobile grooming vans in Marietta, GA. Focus on one-on-one grooming, independence, with scheduling support from our concierge and fleet teams to keep you in the van and grooming.

We offer a groomer-first culture, paid AKC S.A.F.E. certification, and options for 4-day or 3-day weeks with schedule flexibility. Fuel costs and tools are covered, and earnings can rise with higher‑end clients and consistent bookings.

Qualifications

• No degree is required; looking for experienced groomers with solid experience.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Team player with great customer service and communication skills.
• Driving record to be reviewed.
• Complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Focus on providing one-on-one care to pups or cats in grooming vans.
• Support from in-house concierge and fleet teams handling scheduling and van maintenance.

Compensation

• Pay includes commission plus tips (based on a target of six pets per day) - ranging from $250 - $550 per day
• $200 bonus for client referrals
• $500 bonus for employee referrals
• Higher-end clients in a great area: higher per-pet pricing and greater earning potential

Our 7-Day Hiring Process

• A phone call / phone screen within 24 hours
• Ride-along with an experienced groomer within 5 days
• An offer letter—and lunch with the owner—within 7-10 days

When you need supplies, just ask and you'll get them (including drinks/snacks in the van). If an animal is too challenging, you can make the call if the groom should be stopped.
