Bark & Mane of Elk Grove and Rancho Cordova is seeking passionate pet groomers to join our team. As a mobile grooming franchise, we provide luxury grooming services right at our customers' doors. Enjoy the flexibility of working independently in our fully equipped vans, while focusing on one-on-one care for pets.

The ideal candidates love animals, have experience in grooming and handling pets, and wish to thrive in a supportive environment dedicated to quality care. Competitive compensation includes a base pay of $20/hour plus tips.

Minimum Requirements:

• Love and passion for all pets
• Experience working with dogs and cats
• Animal handling experience, understanding of animal behavior
• Clean Driving Record
• Able to work in a drug free/smoke free environment
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25-50 pounds on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, twist, and work in a confined space
• Duties listed in job description and other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years grooming experience
• customer service experience

• ability to train other groomers

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base pay $20/hour - $1600 bi-weekly PLUS Tips
• 30% sales commission after minimum daily revenue goal achieved
• You keep 100% of your tips.
