Job summary

Bark & Mane of Marietta is looking for a senior groomer to provide luxury grooming services directly at clients' homes. You will work in a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz grooming van, ensuring individual attention to each pet's needs.

The role offers a friendly work environment with flexibility, generous compensation based on commission and tips, and various perks including training opportunities and covered costs for tools.

Qualifications

• No degree required; deep experience as a senior groomer preferred.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude are necessary.
• Driving record will be reviewed and a background check must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury, one-on-one grooming care to pets in vans.
• Work independently while receiving support for scheduling and maintenance.
• Focus on safety and quality during every grooming appointment.

Compensation

• Pay includes commission plus tips (based on a target of six pets per day) - ranging from $250 - $550 per day including commission and tips
• $200 bonus for client referrals
• $500 bonus for employee referrals
• We work with higher‑end clients in a great area, meaning higher per‑pet pricing and greater earning potential

• You can focus on providing luxury one‑on‑one care to pups or cats while working independently in our grooming vans.
• Enjoy the ongoing support of our in‑house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom.

Requirements
