Salty Dawg Pet Grooming and Bakery
We're looking for an experienced Dog Groomer.
40% to 45% commission plus tips and/or we're happy to do a base rate + productivity + tips.
Either way, the position will pay an effective wage of $22 to $34/hr. commission plus tips (to be fair, top groomers can make significantly more than that).

Salty Dawg is seeking an experienced dog groomer to join our family! Our culture creates a uniquely wonderful learning environment that attracts the most qualified team members who always put our pet guests first. We just bought this location, and we’re looking to hire more experienced groomers. This is a high-volume dog grooming salon. Our current “demand” exceeds “supply”. Commission-based pay with guaranteed clients and minimum base wage guarantee.

1. The ideal candidate is an experienced groomer.
2. Must have a passion for animals, be self-motivated, and have a great work ethic.
3. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, soft skills, professional development skills, and teamwork.
