Central Bark Henrietta is looking for a Lead Groomer to join our growing business! Full book of business available
Skills/Requirements:
Customer Focused: Receiving and releasing dogs to and from owners. Discussing grooming requests with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Attention to Detail: Scheduling grooms, maintaining grooming records and establishing a relationship with customers.
Cleaning: Sweep up dog hair, wipe down surfaces after each appointment, hose down the bathing tub, wash towels and dry towels, sanitize grooming tools at the end of the day, or as needed
Salon: Bathing, trimming nails, cleaning ears, brushing, blow-drying, clipping, shaving, and expressing anal glands.
Promoting: Attending grooming and trade shows to promote Doggy Day Care.
Materials: To be provided or bring your own
Physical: Can stand for up to 8 hours and lift 50 pounds.
Compensation:
50% Net Revenue Commission
100% Tips
Schedule:
Available Grooming slots: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
