Dogtopia in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Rover to ensure a safe, fun play environment for pups while supervising the team and delivering outstanding customer service. The role is cross-trained as a Canine Coach & Pet Parent Coordinator, with the exciting perk that you may bring your own dog to work after training.

You will greet clients, answer questions, check pups in/out, and help explain daycare packages. Join a fun, dog-loving team and help create the best day ever for our furry guests.

Qualifications

• Must love dogs and provide safe, caring supervision.
• Able to multi-task between playrooms and front desk.
• Willing to complete training and work with a team.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, fun play environment and supervise the team.
• Assist in all areas of the business from playroom to front desk.
• Greet clients and answer questions in person and by phone.
• Check pups in and out of daycare and explain packages.
• Conduct dog evaluations and monitor safety and care.
