Qualifications

• At least four years of supervisory operations experience, preferably in animal welfare.
• Experience leading teams in shelter operations and dog care settings.
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross‑department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dog Care program operations and daily workflow across teams.
• Supervise managers, staff, and volunteers; set mission-aligned goals and accountability.
• Collaborate with Behavior, Placement, and Customer Service teams to remove placement barriers.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and high-quality daily care for all dogs.
