Scenthound is seeking a Dog Bather to perform bathing and prep work for grooming in a fast-paced environment. You will bathe and care for dogs, maintain cleanliness, and support the grooming team to ensure every dog looks and feels its best.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, patient, and enthusiastic about learning. This role offers training paths toward becoming a Scenthound Groomer and advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with dogs and basic grooming concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication with teammates and caretakers.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep dogs for grooming according to the order ticket.
• Bathe, blow dry, clip/grind nails, clean ears, brush coat, express glands.
• Identify health indicators and record them in the app.
• Work with a team to complete services as ordered.
• Assist others to keep the schedule on track.
• Ensure safety of dogs and team members at all times.
• Follow sanitary and cleaning practices.
