Scenthound Spanish Fork is hiring a Dog Bather to prepare dogs for grooming and perform essential bathing and grooming prep. You will work on a collaborative team and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety for every pet.

The role offers a pathway to become a Scenthound Groomer through our training program, with opportunities for skill development and advancement in a fast-paced pet-care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.
• Detail-oriented with a love for keeping dogs clean and healthy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and/or prep dogs for grooming according to the order ticket.
• Bathe, blow dry, clip/nail grind, clean ears, brush coat, clean teeth, express glands.
• Identify the dog’s health indicators and input them into the S.C.E.N.T. Check app.
• Work with a team to complete the services ordered.
