Job summary

Scenthound is seeking a Dog Bather in College Station, TX to prep and bathe dogs for grooming in a fast-paced shop. You will help keep dogs clean and healthy while following safety and sanitation protocols.

You will work with a collaborative team, input health indicators into the app, and contribute to timely services. This role offers room to advance toward a Scenthound Groomer through our training path and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prep dogs for grooming according to order tickets.
• Bathe, blow dry, clip/grind nails, clean ears, brush coat, express glands.
• Identify health indicators and input them into the S.C.E.N.T. Check app.
• Work on a team to complete services ordered.
• Ask for help when needed to keep the schedule.
• Ensure dog and team safety at all times.
• Follow Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager.
