Role Mission: Help create compelling, visually engaging ads that showcase adoptable dogs, driving awareness, connection, and increased adoption opportunities for the Rescue.

Summary: The Dog Ads Team Member will work with a team responsible for creating impactful and visually compelling ads that highlight adoptable dogs and increase their visibility. This role involves crafting engaging content that resonates with potential adopters, showcases each dog's unique personality, and aligns with the Rescue's mission and branding.

Rescue Mission: At Path of Hope Rescue, we save pregnant dogs and puppies in high-kill shelters in the South.

Rescue Overview: Our Spokane, WA-based Rescue strives to decrease the euthanasia rate of high-risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We are 100% foster-based, without a kennel or physical location, and currently have two paid employees relying heavily on volunteers and fosters.

Vision: Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing unchecked breeding and becoming the top dog destination in Spokane, leveraging the city's love for Rescue Dogs.

Job Description: The Dog Ads Team Member is responsible for creating engaging ads that effectively showcase the Rescue's adoptable dogs, using accurate, current content and data. They collaborate closely with team leaders and are kept informed of any adoption-limiting factors, such as specific dog requirements, behavior or training notes, or health issues. Special attention is given to long-term residents or dogs with medical or behavioral holds, encouraging creative ways to increase their chances of finding homes.

You will have access to raw content and can delegate or collaborate with creatives (photographers, copywriters, videographers) to craft well-marketed, eye-catching ads.
