Job summary

Advanced American Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert with 11–15 years of experience to lead Quickbase data management for DOEE's Surface and Groundwater System.

You will independently maintain, develop, and modify Quickbase applications and write complex formulas to meet program objectives. Responsibilities include designing and running reports, diagnosing issues in UI and data quality, coordinating IT project activities, and ensuring adherence to district standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of experience designing and implementing reports and report interfaces.
• 13 years of experience working with program staff to understand objectives and business processes.
• 13 years designing and creating complex Quickbase applications.
• 13 years analyzing program requirements for developing Quickbase applications or modules.
• 13 years processing internal and external requests related to quality control and user experience with Quickbase applications.
• 13 years evaluating new and existing Quickbase applications or functions.
• 11 years writing advanced formulas in Quickbase or other data management systems.
• 11 years experience working on DOEE's Surface and Groundwater System.

Job description

11-15 years of experience. Subject Matter Expert of DOEE's Surface and Groundwater System with demonstrative ability to convey both technical and functional concepts. Independently undertakes Quickbase system maintenance, development, and modification.

Responsibilities:

1. Designs, creates, and maintains complex data management systems in QuickBase
2. Writes complex formulas in Quickbase
3. Analyzes program objectives and requirements todetermine optimal approaches to designing, creating, and modifying new and existingQuickbase applications
4. Independently proposes Quickbase solutions toaddress challenges related to the administration, operation, and implementationof programs
5. Obtains requirements from and implements Quickbasesolutions for programs related to the protection and restoration of surface andgroundwater resources
6. Designs and runs reports that draw informationfrom Quickbase applications
7. Assists in or leads troubleshooting effortspertaining to the quality control and user interface of Quickbase applications
8. Assists in managing internal and externalrelationships to effectively prioritize program resources
9. Coordinates IT project management, engineering,maintenance, QA, and risk management.
10. Plans, coordinates, and monitors projectactivities.
11. Develops technical applications to support users.
12. Develops, implements, maintains, and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.
