Job summary

Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) seeks an adjunct member of the OST training staff to support training DOE and contractor personnel. You will provide training, serve as Range Safety Officer or Assistant Instructor during Federal Agent weapons qualifications, and assist with tactical exercises, under DOE oversight.

The role requires strong communication, ability to multi-task, and willingness to travel across CONUS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as adjunct member of OST training staff.
• Provide training to DOE and contractor personnel.
• Serve as Range Safety Officer or Assistant Instructor during weapons qualifications.
• Assist as OPFOR and exercise controller during tactical training events.
• Complete mandatory training.
• Perform role player or road guard duties.
