Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance is seeking a Project Manager to lead the contract’s interface with the Contracting Officer and COR, ensuring alignment with DOE objectives, metrics, and regulatory compliance for timely deliverables.

The role requires five+ years in protective or high-security operations, strong leadership, and DOE Q clearance. You will oversee planning, staffing, reporting, and cross-team collaboration to maintain compliant processes and successful mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in protective force operations or equivalent high-security environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage staffing levels, and oversee performance in regulated settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and briefings to leadership and government representatives.
• Working knowledge of DOE directives and federal regulations applicable to security operations.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, mission-focused environments with strict compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor’s primary interface with the Contracting Officer (CO) and COR.
• Provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for all project management activities and contract performance.
• Develop and enforce policies, work standards, and procedures to ensure compliant execution of contract requirements.
• Plan, assign, and manage work schedules while supervising daily operations to ensure timely performance.
• Supervise personnel, staffing levels, and professional development for mission success.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve performance issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain compliant processes aligned with DOE requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit reports and documentation in accordance with contract terms and timelines.
