Job summary

Tetra Tech is hiring a Project Manager to oversee project coordination and field support services with DOE/NNSA programs. You will lead planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across multiple programs.

The role requires a B.S. in a technical field and 3–5 years of DOE/NNSA experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a high‑pressure environment. On‑site in Oak Ridge, TN with security clearance potential.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a technical field (Management/Engineering)
• 3–5 years with DOE/NNSA programs/sites preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize in high‑pressure environments and manage multiple programs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and tracking of project progress
• Develop work plans and control procedures; ensure safety/operational compliance
• Serve as primary liaison among stakeholders, team members, and clients
• Monitor actions, report risks and issues to management
• Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders including DOE/NNSA sites
• Identify challenges and implement timely solutions to mitigate risks
