Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Business Admin in West Milton, NY to support construction project documentation, submittal logs, routing submittals for reviews/approvals, and maintaining up-to-date project SharePoint pages and record drawings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years (or a Master’s with 2+ years) of relevant experience, US citizenship, and alignment with Navarro’s equal-opportunity policies. The position is on-site at Knolls Site.

Qualifications

• Experience working within project teams in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
